We’ve built our homes, families, and careers in the South Carolina upcountry, where we’ve come to understand what makes life sweet—true connection to one another, to nature and to the hope of a tomorrow that’s even better than today.
Indigo Rush stems from a larger movement worldwide to double down on what makes communities strong and durable. We draw from the past while laying an enduring foundation for the generations that follow.

A Carolina native with many titles past and present including CEO, chairman of the board, clergy member and scout master. Most honored to be recognized as a friend, neighbor, husband and father.
Nik Radovanovic
He never imagined living in South Carolina. After 13 years he and his family can’t imagine living anywhere else. Not one for convention, Nik traveled as a merchant marine and sat on a foreign equity desk before settling on the building trades as an architect, builder, and community planner.
